La Colina is a community where people live all year around.
Commercial renting under a month is not allowed but friends and relatives are welcome. If someone asks you who you are simply explain.
This is why all our visitors are friends or family, known fairly well.
There are rules and expectations of behaviour within the urbanization.
The swimming pool is an area where problems can occur – please read the rules displayed and follow them.
You will soon realise the house walls are thin and not sound proofed, so please be considerate guests when our neighbours are there.
If you bring a car we have a single parking spot next to the garage.
There is plenty of parking on the road, which has always been a safe spot.
If our neighbours at 3 Pattinsons are around we let them use the space as due to mobility issues.
We have invested in lots of lovely house plants lately to keep the air fresh. Please water them as needed during your stay.
There is gardening kit kept by the table on the ground floor patio. Feel free to relax with a spot of weeding and dead heading as the urge takes you.
