(Unless cleaner has been arranged)
Please keep an eye on communal items and replace where running low. e.g. toilet paper, washing detergent, dishwasher tablets, herbs/spices, coffee, salt and pepper.
Kitchen
- Wash all used dishes and leave the dishwasher ajar
- Check the oven for food and wipe it down
- Throw out open packets you don’t have tupperware for or swop with older items already in tupperware.
- Open food attracts cockroaches, moths and ants in heat.
- Decal and clean the sink.
- Sweep and wash the floor.
- Empty bins and rinse tall bin with bleach (hosepipe is in garden)
Bathrooms
- Wash towels and leave on airers to dry
- Decal and clean the bath, taps and sink.Clean the plug holes of hairs and grime, pull out long hair.
- Clean toilet and leave with toilet cleaner and lid down.
Living room/ bedrooms
- Dust and wipe all surfaces with damp cloth.
- Wipe any sofa stains with a damp cloth.
Vacuum, tidy and puff up cushions in the sofa.
Clean windows if they are dirty
Roof terrace
- Ensure BBQ is clear and remaining fuel stowed away underneath
- Remove any cooking utensils / glasses / plates and miscellaneous items to kitchen
- Water plants
When leaving…
- Put items back on shelves/ in drawers
- Sweep/ vacuum and mop your way out
- Report any breakages or what needs maintenance
- Dont forget to leave the keys!
